For many years Thomson Survey Ltd have carried out many different styles and sizes of rural subdivisions throughout the Far North. We can design a development that best suits the needs of the client and the features of the land.

We will prepare and lodge the resource consent application and follow this through to consent being granted. We will then complete the boundary survey.

We can also carry out topographical and engineering setting out surveying, and asbuilt plans as necessary to complete the development.
